COURSE Schedule

  • Every Tuesday 7-9 PM ET. Drop-ins are welcomed.

  • 6:45 PM ET: Zoom room opens. Drop-ins welcomed! If new to this course and community, please join us at the beginning of class (see also below).

  • 7 -7:30 PM ET: 30 minutes of meditation (optional, but recommended!)

  • 7:35 PM ET: Class; a presentation of a chapter followed by 20 minutes of discussion at 8:40 PM ET.

  • By donation. *Suggested donation: $10/class or $108 for 12 classes. Donate here.

  • Reading material: Please buy the book prior class. The recommended weekly course readings and recordings are sent in our weekly newsletter. Sign up here.
